Learn Dutch Intermediate level
After successfully completing the basic courses 1 and 2 you are able to understand quite some Dutch.
You are familiar with everyday expressions and you are capable of a rudimentary conversation.
The Dutch vocabulary will be around 800 / 1000 words and you understand and can apply the basics of the Dutch grammar. Your proficiency level will be in the region of A-2 level. This will qualify you for admission to an intermediate course 1 or for our course Structured Speaking.
Students who did not attend a beginners course Dutch at ITHA are welcome. To fit you in the right group level we ask you to do a short proficiency test.
Schedules and prices Intermediate Dutch courses
1. Dutch conversation: structured speaking level A-2++
small group max 8 students 8 weeks once a week
Start dates: January 10 till February 28 (Thursdays)
July 18
start dates every 8 weeks in consultation with ITHA students
Course times: 18.00 - 19.30
Course fee: €395,- incl. hand outs. For ITHA students we will give a reduction:€365,-
2. Dutch intermediate A-2 day time program
small group max 8 students 5 weeks twice a week or 4 weeks 10 times
start date : every 3 months in consultation with ITHA students
course times : 12.30 - 15.00
course fee : €775,- incl. hand outs
3. Dutch writing, speaking and more grammar from A2 up to B1.1 evening
intensive with a lot of homework and e-mail support
small group max 8 ITHA students 9 weeks once a week ( last meeting for drinks
socialising and certificates)
Start dates : January 07 till March 04
March 18 till May 13 Full
Course times : 18.30 till 20.15
Course fee program A: €495,- + €90,- e-mail support+ hand-outs
Itha students 15% reduction: €497,-
You will finish this course with a test.
4. Advanced level; preparation for work, NT2.2 exam level B1 up to B2
Start date : in consultation with our students
Duration : 10 weeks, once a week
Course times : 18.30 -20.15
Course fee : €585,- incl. book, hand outs and email support.
Itha students 15% reduction: €497,-
5. Individual Dutch training intermediate and advanced All levels up to C-2
Individual programs ( Starting weekly. Costs depending on the amount of lessons)
Small groups in our language institute
At ITHA you always learn Dutch in a small group. This will assure that you get more than sufficient attention of the teacher.
In the intermediate Dutch course 1 and 2 you try to speak as much as possible. There are tasks to prepare at home and in the lesson you activate the vocabulary. After the Dutch lesson you can expect about 3 to 4 hours in preparation to your next lesson.
